Automatic Cleaning Iron Remover

 

1. PLC adjusts parameters.
2. The inlet and outlet ports cooperate with the diaphragm pump to open other valves and close them.
3. The raw material (with magnetic material) passes through the filter chamber.
4. The raw material (without magnetic material) flowing out from the purification port can be filtered in multiple cylinders according to the material characteristics.
5. The signal feedback raw material inlet and outlet valves and slag valves are closed, and the air pressure is turned on to back-press the residual material to the temporary storage tank.
6. Close other pipes and extract the cylinder, and the cleaning port is operated to make the magnetic slag flow out from the slag discharge port.
7. Cycle (2, 3, 4, 5) (coordinate with the return port)
